Financial markets and the U.S. government have narrowly escaped a shutdown, but with a loaded week of critical economic data investors have plenty more to be anxious about.
Threats of additional rate hikes loom over the market as the Fed’s “data dependent” forward guidance has left everyone guessing.
Markets hate uncertainty and will be looking for hints from the data that will help determine the likelihood of another hike in October.
