Remember when markets were driven purely by the data?
Yeah, neither do we.
The Fed likes to say they are “data dependent”, but gone are the days where investors are too.
Instead, what the Fed says tends to drive market reactions more than the data itself.
With that being said, there is housing data and Q3 quarterly earnings this week for those who still care about the data.
Included in the list of those reporting earnings is Tesla, so Brent decided to share his own year-end prediction for Tesla.
However, all of that pales in comparison to the barrage of Fed speakers this week … and of course all eyes, including those at the Fed, will be closely watching the situation in the Middle East.
